As we prepare to spend time with our loved ones, this Thanksgiving.  I decided to work on a special project for the Christmas season.   For my project this month I used.... For my design this month, I decided to do a Christmas Design.  I know...I know...It still is Summer and the kids just started back to school.  But with the great new Christmas Card Collection from Heartfelt Creations, I could not wait to play.  For my project this month I used.... Summer Days



This is my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you.  Sorry for my late post.  I had some unexpected things come up and just have now had a chance to post my project. 

I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of hot pink card stock and embossed it with a flower embossing folder.  I attached it to the center of the card base.  I also added small crystal gemstones to the center of the flowers on the mat.  I cut piece of white card stock, then stamped Ukulele Hula Girl, Lg. (E3656) using Tuxedo Black ink.  I then colored the image with Copic Markers. I cut a mat of black card stock and attached the colored stamped image to the mat and then attached to the center of the card front.

For my project this month I decided to create a quick and simple card.  I really wanted to make something to have on hand for just that special person.   I used the HCPC 3538 Sun Kissed Fleur Border and Corner PreCut Set and the HCPC 3533Sun Kissed PreCut Set.  I also used HCD 734 Sun Kissed Fleur Die.  It is a simple design with such a beautiful stamp, like all the Heartfelt Creations stamps.

Dance Dance


Good Morning.    This is my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you. 

I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of pink card stock.   I alsocut a mat of pink gingham card stock.  Attach the two mats together and I added pink ribbon to the going both directions and the added the mats to the center of the card front.  I cut piece of white card stock, then stamped Dance Dance stamp (E3194) using Gray Flannel ink.  I then colored the image with Copic Markers. I cut a mat of gray card stock and attached the colored stamped image to the mat and then attached to the center of the card front.   I added a small bow to the ribbon.

Something is a Little Fishy!


This is my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you.  Sorry for my late post.  I had some unexpected things come up and just have now had a chance to post my project. 

I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of orange card stock and attached it to the center of the card base.  I cut a mat of orange striped card stock then added the mat to the center of the card front.   I cut piece of white card stock, then stamped Tropical Fish (UMS7013) using Tuxedo Black ink and a stamp positioner for placement.  I then colored the image with Copic Markers. I cut a mat of black card stock and attached the colored stamped image to the mat and then attached to the center of the card front.

Bunch of Petunias for Just for Fun Rubber Stamps

Good Morning.    This is my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you. 
 
I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of pink card stock.  I punched one of the top and bottom corners with a ribbon loop corner punch and then added the mat to the center of the card front.   I cut piece of white card stock, then stamped Bunch of Petunias stamp (G3184) using Tuxedo Black ink.  I then colored the image with Copic  Markers. I cut a mat of black card stock and attached the colored stamped image to the mat and then attached to the center of the card front.   I added pink gemstones to the two punched corners.

Sunny Days for Just for Fun Rubber Stamps

 
Good Afternoon.  This is my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you. 
I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of yellow card stock and add to the center of the card front.   I cut piece of white card stock and I punched the one side of the card stock to add a decorative border.  I then stamped Nature's Bouquet (G3436) using Tuxedo Black ink.  I then I then colored the image with Memento Markers.  I added black satin ribbon to the edge of the stamped image and then attached the stamped image to the center of the card front.  I added black pearls to the center of some of the flowers.

Something Special for Dad




Good Morning.  It's Lisa with my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you. 

I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of navy blue card stock and add to the center of the card front.   I cut piece of white card stock and I masked the top and bottom edges leaving 2 inches open in the middle.  I sponged on Summer Sky ink.  I then stamped Lighthouse stamp (F2303) using Tuxedo Black ink.  I then stamped the Father’s Day sentiment (C2132) in the center right edge with Tuxedo Black ink.  I added the stamped image to the mat in the center of the card front.

For my project this month I decided to create a bookmark.  I really wanted to make something a little special to mark the page of a book that I might be reading.   I used the HCPC 3304 Posy Patch Swirls PreCut Set and the HCPC 3303 Posy Patch Flowers PreCut Set.   I used HCD 701 Posy Patch Die to cut out the flowers.  I used the HCD 728 Timeless Amour Die to add the heart to the top of my bookmark.    It is a simple design with such a beautiful stamp, like all the Heartfelt Creations stamps and Dies.

Where to Next?? for Just for Fun Rubber Stamps


Good Morning.  It's Lisa with my newest project for Just for Fun.  I am so excited to be able to share my creation with you.  This following sketch is the inspiration for my card.

 
I started with the white card base.  I cut a mat of bright blue card stock and add to the center of the card front.  I added yellow mat to the top left edge of the card front.  I added a piece of blue ribbon to the card front.  I cut piece of white card stock and stamped Direction Destination Sign (F3654) using Rich Cocoa ink.  I colored the image with Copic markers. I then stamped the various cities on the signs from the Unmounted Destinations Cities (UMS7022) using various colors of the Tim Holtz Distress inks.  I cut a mat for the image out of black card stock.  I then cut a second mat of bright blue card stock.  I added the blue mat to the card front at a random angle.  I attached the stamped and colored image to the black mat and then added to the card front, again at a random angle.

Wind Swept Palm

 
Hello Everyone!  Welcome to my newest project for Just for Fun Rubber Stamps.  I am excited to be able to share with you today. 

For my card I decided I wanted to create a card that would be great for a summer birthday or other special occasion. I started with the white card base and I added ribbon to the card base.  I cut a piece of the blue and green ribbon and added to the edge of the card front running lengthwise.  I also added a piece of blue ribbon going the other direction of the card weaving it in between the other pieces. I cut a piece of the white card stock and then I stamped the Wind Swept Palm (F3653) using Memento ink pad in Tuxedo Black.  I colored the image with Copic and Memento markers.  I cut a mat of black card stock and added the stamped image to the mat.  I also cut a mat of lime green card stock and attach to the card front off centered.  I added the stamped image to the lime green mat again off center.  I also stamped the sentiment Everyday and Everyplace (B3671) on the bottom right edge of card front.
 
Finished Card Size: 7-7/8”x 5-3/8”
